**WHERE THE TORTURE HAPPENS**
I MADE IT! I'M ALIVE! NO INJURIES! I battled the "to sore" excuse, I battled the little voice in my head trying to justify myself to skip todays workout. I battled it and I WON! The ironic thing is now I feel LESS SORE then before the workout. Why do I always forget about that? I think maybe this time I will actually get own to the weight/size I want to be. GOD, I hope so!
